PodTraq RFID for Ambulance, Rescue Trucks, and Fire.

US POD BOX in association with FreedomRFID & NordicID have created a solution for use in emergency vehicles. The system lowers "Man Hours" by getting Crews restocked and available for call quicker. Logistics Managers, Shift Supervisors, Bat Chiefs and Admin can track equipmentr use "in real time" and can access the Cloud Based Server from anywhere!  A vehicle is equipped with a built-in reader which can be linked to the trucks existing Reporting System (easy integration....easy training) which is linked to the cloud-based server. The Cloud can be accessed by management, as well as displayed on an onboard computer within the vehicle's cab. Each piece of equipment (selected to be tagged by the Agency) is loaded into the vehicle has an active RFID tag attached to it. The Tag is place when the item comes into the Agencies inventory (at warehouse or supply station).  The Crew checks the inventory item into the truck by bring it on board and confirming the inventory on their  In-truck system. When the item leave the truck, the system times the abscence of the item, when the truck begins to drive away without the item, thesystem logs it out of inventory and into a resupply list.

This system can be configured to track and alert when key durable items are abscent from a truck....items like Monitors, portaible Vents, streatchers, ALS Bags, etc. The alert will notify the driver of the truck and can be set to alert the Shift Supervisor.
We can configure Podtraq RFID to fir into and work with your existing system. Let Podtraq RFID be an Asset to tracking your Assets and keeping your trucks and crews Ready to Respond!
